Description
In the cellar we whole bunch pressed the grapes to tank to settle overnight. The next day the juice was put into neutral 500L French oak barrels for fermentation and remained there to complete malolactic fermentation. After malolactic fermentation, we transferred the wine to a concrete tank for 7 months of elevage, before the wine was racked and bottled.
